Girl student will be admitted from grade III to XII and graduate level professional courses.
Only shortlisted students will be called for admission interview. Final selection of student will be done through the interview.
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
School admission is parents/guardian's responsibility. Hostel is not responsible for school admission.
Hostel admission will be valid for one academic year only. Fresh application will have to be filled up for every year .
Student will have to pay the fees decided by the management. Meritorious student is awarded freeships in hostel fees as per hostel rules.
Hostel fee is to be paid in two installments. First installment at the time of admission and the second immediately after Diwali vacation i.e. at the beginning of second academic term.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Student leaving the hostel in mid term has to pay full year's fee.
Hostel fee does not include school fees, uniform, books and stationery, medical expenses etc.
If desired, annual pocket money may be deposited by the student with the hostel's co-coordinator under student's personal account.
Charges for any damages to the property as well as to the furniture and fixtures caused by student's negligence will be recovered from the student.
First aid is provided in the hostel. In case of prolonged sickness student has to bear the expenses for treatment. In case of serious illness parents/guardian has to take their ward to home for treatment.
Student suffering from any contagious disease/chronic illness will not be allowed to stay in the hostel. Decision of the Hostel management in this regard will be final and binding to student.
Student will be allowed to go home in vacations only. Leave in between academic term will be granted only in case of exigencies.
Parents/guardian must have to accompany their ward in transit while sending the ward to hostel and taking back to home from the hostel in vacation/emergencies.
Parents/guardian who has been authorized to see the student at the time of admission can only visit their ward in the hostel once in a month on a designated day with prior permission.
Student has to compulsorily take part in all the curricular and extracurricular activities carried out in the hostel.
Beddings are provided by the hostel. Student has to bring her clothes, tooth-brush, toothpaste, soaps, books & note books, stationery and other items of personal use on her own.
Student is not allowed to keep any valuable, ornaments, articles or cash in her room. If she does so, it will be entirely at her own risk. The hostel management will not be responsible in case of loss and no complaint will be entertained in this regard.
Cell phone (Mobile) , tablet, electronic gamesplayer or any kind of electronic gadgets are not allowed in the hostel.
Hostel management reserves the right to summarily cancel the admission and expel any student from the hostel without assigning any reason.
Student shall abides by all the rules and regulations of the hostel in force from time to time and follow the instructions of the superintendent/warden.
